Is Pixels Trade an Infomaniak partner?
Yes. Pixels Trade is an Infomaniak partner. We advise, set up and assist with Infomaniak web hosting, professional email, domain names, managed cloud servers and backups. Infomaniak provides and runs the services.
How are Infomaniak services priced through Pixels Trade?
Infomaniak public prices apply and are confirmed in your quote on the day of the request. Setup, migration or assistance by Pixels Trade is quoted separately, with its scope written in the proposal.
Do Infomaniak certifications apply to Pixels Trade?
No. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and the Swiss Hosting label are held by Infomaniak for their own scopes. Pixels Trade holds its own ISO 9001 certification for its quality management.
Do you own the cloud infrastructure?
Our role is to design, integrate and, where contracted, operate environments on client-owned infrastructure or selected providers. Ownership and provider responsibilities are explicit in the proposal.
Can you provide a private PaaS?
Yes, a dedicated application platform can be designed on your infrastructure or a selected cloud. Available capabilities depend on the agreed stack and operating scope.
Is 24/7 support included?
Coverage, escalation, response targets and provider dependencies are agreed in the service contract. Round-the-clock coverage is not assumed.
Can you support an on-premise AI runtime?
Yes. We assess hardware, model licences, inference capacity, isolation, updates and the operating procedures needed for the selected workload.
