Privacy policy.
How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website or contact us.
Who we are
Pixels Trade S.A., 35 rue Dancet, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland (“Pixels Trade”, “we”) is responsible for the processing of personal data described on this page. Contact: info@pixelstrade.com.
This policy applies to www.pixelstrade.com. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
When you contact us through a form or through Pixelus, our AI project assistant, we collect the data you provide:
- first name, last name, work email and company
- job title and phone number, if provided
- the description of your project and your answers about timeline and budget
- technical context: page of origin, referrer and campaign parameters (UTM)
When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures your visit (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.
Why we use it
- to answer your request and discuss a possible project (pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest)
- to manage our business relationship in our CRM
- to measure and improve the website (consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer)
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect.
Pixelus and AI providers
Pixelus analyses the project description you type or dictate in order to route it to the right team and give you a first answer. To do so, the text is sent to large language model providers acting as our processors: Groq, Google (Gemini), Mistral AI and OpenAI, in that order of fallback. These providers may process the data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States.
The text is used only to produce the answer and is not used by Pixels Trade to train models. Please do not include passwords, health data, or confidential information about your organisation in the description. If you prefer that your request is not processed by AI, use the contact form instead and mention it.
Who receives your data
Your data is processed by Pixels Trade staff and by the service providers we rely on, under contract:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): website hosting and email
- Zoho Corporation: customer relationship management (CRM)
- n8n, operated by Pixels Trade: workflow automation
- Groq, Google, Mistral AI and OpenAI: AI analysis of Pixelus requests
- Google: website analytics, only with your consent
Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Data related to clients is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (in particular 10 years for accounting records). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@pixelstrade.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
Cookies
Only technical cookies needed for the site to work are set by default. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and hosted in Switzerland. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Last update: October 2026.
